I know it's been a while but I felt I would be remiss if I did not mention this. Chick Corea, long standing Scientologist and one of the best jazz musicians of all time, won two Grammy Awards this year for his musical album accompanying L. Ron Hubbard's book The Ultimate Adventure.
I went to a Scientology New Celebration live in Los Angeles a few days with live musical performances and an incredible briefing on services and technology being implemented around the world that is making huge changes in conditions on this planet.
So as not to pre-empt anyone who has not seen it across the world yet I say nothing, but I would get over to one as you can before it's too late. Details on them here.
There's a lot happening in the world today, but it's Christmas still, so light your trees and bring the sun back around for the rest of the year, it's important.
There is a cold front and rain that is approaching the Victoria region that is expected to serve in dampening the fire scourge burning the thousands of hectares of land.
There is still a great deal of work left with reconstruction following full containment and handling all that is expected to remain burning following any rains. Especially that area in the east in terrain as of yet rougher than is currently worked out to handle.

There is still a raging bush fire in the Vicotria province of Australia. A photo of the violence can be found here, the situation is not yet fully under control and needs drastic action now to handle before it continues to spread in to more populated areas.

A rock bassist that has been playing now for over 20 years with Steve Vai, David Lee Roth and dozens of other musicians, Billy Sheehan has been one of the tops of the bass industry for long time.
Billy Sheehan has been a Scientologist now for over 30 years. He said in one interview that, "It's (Scientology) helped my life. If my life wasn't in order it would be difficult to go out and perform and play. It's helped keep things working. It's kept me enthused and encouraged and interested in life. Also interested in helping other people."
This he sais has lead him to be involved in giving bass tutorial and instruction to young musicians.
